Ashley and all of his crew did a professional and timely installation. Ashley drove to Columbia to pick up Kohler generators to provide service in time for upcoming Hurricane Irma. Ashley answered my many questions regarding the best system to provide services to our disabled daughter for the longest period of time and at the most reasonable cost. He even offered to stay up all night if needed to ensure that we would have the power needed to care for our daughter. Ashley also refused the deposit that I offered and promptly provided the receipt and the W-9 that we needed for our daughter's Special Needs Trust. Ashley is a true gentleman and a knowledgeable , caring and hard working professional. His kindness and skill add light to our community and to the world.

Home advisor gave me a specific 10:00am appointment for this business - at 11:15am called them to ask where he was . They said they "input the wrong number in their system so the electrician was trying to reach me saying he was delayed. Eventually he showed up and did the job, but his printed "dispatch ticket" showed 10-1 appointment - where mine showed 10:00. Man was polite and did a good job once he got here, though I thought the price was a little high for what I needed done, but maybe I'm just out of touch with the prices nowadays

Technician was late due to unexpected circumstances, but the company didn't notify me. However, when he finally arrived, he apologized and got right to work, completing the job very quickly. He was very nice and courteous.

They set up the appointment for them to come in a couple of days (that's quick!) and they did, and came right on time (unusual in my experience). They knew exactly what to do—very professional, and amiable, which helps—and replaced my kitchen ceiling's recessed fluorescent light fixture (aged, installed in '99) in about half an hours.
